Hi! I’m Laura! I’m a pediatric nurse turned side-hustle strategist, showing wellness influencers how to confidently ditch the 9 to 5 and find purpose and a paycheck with their own personal brand.

On The Luscious Living Podcast you will hear me talk a lot about goal setting, manifestation, and empowered boundary setting for my work and life. But it wasn’t always this way. I completely overhauled my life at age 28 (and 32 weeks pregnant no less!) to go from a self-conscious, self-loathing, scarcity-driven mindset to embracing abundance and living out my own bold, luscious life.

My entrepreneurial journey started in network marketing; I owe a lot to my mentors for helping shift my money mindset and belief in self. That said, my first 2 years of in business were hardcore hustle that left me burnt out and seriously questioning the ROI (return on investment) of my and my teams business building tactics.

When I gave myself permission to vocalize what I REALLY WANT and how I want to FEEL while doing it, everything in my business shifted for the better.

No more cold messaging. No more compromising family time for “just one more” coaching call. No more cookie-cutter marketing strategy.

I believe wholeheartedly in SIDE HUSTLE. I believe in nurturing your idea, your passion, your ‘Business Baby’, and allowing it to grow organically to a place where it can provide you purpose first as well as a paycheck.

Hi! I’m Betsy, a certified Holistic Health Coach and Business Strategist for wellness solopreneurs.

I spent over a decade working a job that I told myself I loved. I hit all my goals: I went from an assistant to VP in less than 5 years, travelled the world, worked with big-name designers and built million-dollar accounts. I was living my "dream life".

But instead of being honest with myself, I wore my success like a mask and ignored how miserable I felt. I worked 24/7, through constant migraines and never-ending illnesses. I had no time or energy for anything outside of work.

So I quit. I got my health coaching certification and launched my online practice.

Even with all my business experience, I was not prepared for the next 12 months. I struggled to establish myself. I spent thousands on advanced trainings and software programs "guaranteed" to work. I wasted countless hours on tasks that I was told were important but weren't yielding me results. Over time, I began second-guessing even the smallest decisions and eventually burned myself out!

It wasn't until I tuned out all the noise and began looking inward that the pieces started falling into place. I stopped setting unrealistic goals and allowed things to flow organically. I started teaching other entrepreneurs the skills I had and watched as their businesses began to grown and flourish. It was then that I realized I was on to something.
